From this website shipping is only possible to countries inside the costums area of European Union.

If you resident outside European Union please contact us with your oder. We will be happy to check wether we could deliver to your country.

Shipping costs:

• inside Germany: 2,85-25,00 €/order via Deutsche Post/DHL
• to other countries inside EU: 5,00-25,00 €/order via Deutsche Post/DHL
• Costumer pickup/personal handover: only if it is feasible and only by appointment

Shipping costs may vary depending on your order. You'll get to know in advance before invoicing your order.

Orders on this website are non-binding for you as for us. Shipment is only possible after we accepted the order. You accept the order by transfer of the invoice amount.

In case of individual orders or other sizes another way of delivery might be necessary. We then will come back to you for individual arangement and additional costs.

Terms of payment and shipping process

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive the corresponding invoice including the appropriate shipping costs.

When you settle the invoice, you confirm your order. Before the order is non-binding.

After receipt of the total invoice amount, the order will be sent.

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time will be 5-7 working days within Germany. Shipping to other countries, even within Europe, can last 14 days, from experience also longer.

No responsibility can be assumed for unforeseen delays, e.g. on the part of the post office, strikes, storms etc. The delivery time can also be extended due to public holidays.

In order to send your order, it is necessary to provide your name and address to the postal service.

Further shipping possibilities, addresses, dates of delivery are possible depending on the order and by arrangement.
